Custom software for business

Software built around company processes

We take on work where an off-the-shelf service is not enough: manual process automation, integrations, internal systems, and new products. Before a milestone starts, we agree on what must work and what it will cost.

Challenges

What clients come to us with

Clients do not need a finished technical specification. It is enough to show the current process and explain what gets in the way.

Approach

What we keep under control

01

Risks before full development

Before costly integrations, we check the data and the key scenario with a small prototype.

02

One team from assessment to launch

The same engineers take part in assessment, design, and development, so context is not lost between departments.

03

Clear acceptance

The contract appendix lists the scenarios and figures used to accept the milestone. Code review and test requirements are agreed separately.

04

Payment terms in the contract

Scope, timeline, and price are known in advance. Payment and deliverable transfer terms are stated separately.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

We clarify the context, arrange a call, and sign an NDA before materials are shared if needed.

  2. 02

    Preliminary assessment

We review the process, data, and existing systems, then prepare an approach and sequence of work.

  3. 03

    Plan and contract

We describe the first milestone: the work, the acceptance result, and the required time and budget.

  4. 04

    Pilot and development

The first milestone may validate the riskiest part. The remaining work and acceptance process are stated in the plan.

  5. 05

    Launch and support

We run acceptance and transfer milestone deliverables after payment. Documentation and training are included when the client needs them.

FAQ

Questions and answers

How do you control development quality?

The set of checks depends on the system and is stated in the milestone plan. It may include review, static checks, automated tests, and acceptance tests.

How safe is it to share data with you?

We work under contract and NDA. Before receiving materials, we agree on storage and access. Client-infrastructure hosting feasibility is determined after technical assessment.

Who will work on our project?

The milestone proposal states the team. Its composition depends on architecture, integrations, data requirements, and interface scope.

How does the engagement start?

After the request, we arrange a call and ask for materials. A preliminary estimate usually takes three to five business days. Preparing the first-milestone plan may take another five to ten.
